| 摘 要： | 该文指出国内城市公共空间建设中城市特色消失、城市活力不足、管理制度不完善等问题，并以新加坡为例，了解新加坡城市公共空间建设过程及其最新的概念规划方案，同时从土地政策、住房建设、历史街区保护、城市捷运系统、花园城市规划五个方面探索新加坡公共空间的影响因素，希望对国内的城市公共空间建设有所帮助。
