| 摘 要： | 研究了均匀实验设计法在CM过氧化物硫化体系研究中的应用。研究结果表明，较少的实验次数下获得的实验结果，通过回归分析即可得到因素／性能回归方程，方程具有很好的拟合度。根据回归方程利用MatLab数据处理软件可作出DCP与CAMV用量对CM胶料各项性能影响的三维等高线图，由图可直观分析DCP与CAMV用量对CM胶料各项性能的影响趋势。当DCP与CAMV用量分别在4份和4．5份时，CM胶料有最佳的综合性能。 |

| Abstract: | This article was about the application of uniform design method to study of CM peroxide curing system.The test results showed that the number of formulation experiment was significantly reduced and the higher experimental efficiency was obtained by using the uniform design method.And the regression equality of factor and mechanic properties acquired by regression analysis method had a good fitting with the test data.The three-dimensional chart of the quantitative relations among the CM properties and the DCP and CAMV content could be drawn by the optimum regression equations.According to the chart,the influence trend of the DCP and CAMV content to mechanical properties of CM could be intuitionistic and well described.CM acquires the best mechanical properties when the content of DCP and CAMV was 4 and 4.5 phr. |
