摘    要:“3+2”中高职衔接转段是近年来新出现的一种培养模式。这种联合培养模式有利于中职学生职业技能提高,达到高端技术技能型人才的要求,更能适应区域经济及社会经济发展对职业人才的需求,也可推进高职教育的发展。从分析中高职衔接转段的现状的基础上,以吉林化工学院为例,从将高职网络课资源覆盖合作的“3+2”衔接培养的中职学生、学生中职期间已获得职业技能鉴定证书者免考等五个方面探讨了学分累计与转换的方式。

Abstract:The “3+2” pattern of transition from secondary to higher vocational education is a talent cultivation mode emerged in recent years. This type of joint talents training scheme helps enhance vocational students' skills so that the students can attain the requirement of high-level professional and skilled personnel, and it also meets the demand of regional economic development for vocational talents and adapts to the needs of socio-economic development. Meanwhile it can also promote the development of higher vocational education. Based on the status quo of “3+2” talent cultivation mode, this paper takes Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example and explores the approach to credit accumulation and transfer from five aspects.
