摘    要:利用正交实验法针对复配絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁-壳聚糖处理含油污水实验中的影响因素进行研究。实验中选取透光率、含油量、悬浮物含量为测试指标。通过对正交实验结果进行极差分析,得到影响因素温度、PH值、复配比例、絮凝剂加药量对各指标的影响主次顺序。并经过综合分析获得各因素的最优水平组合为温度为50℃、pH值为7、无机/有机为3:1、投药量为40mg/L。

Abstract:The factors affecting the treatment of oily wastewater with the compound flocculant polyferric sulfate and chitosan were studied by orthogonal experiment.In the experiment, light transmittance, oil content and suspended matter content were selected as test indexes.By means of range analysis of orthogonal experimental results, the order of influence factors such as temperature, PH value, compounding ratio and dosage of flocculant on each index was obtained.After comprehensive analysis, the optimal level combination of each factor was obtained as temperature 50℃, pH 7, inorganic/organic 3:1 and dosage 40mg/L.
