| 摘 要： | 闭式深沟球轴承压卷边防尘盖时存在的质量问题，是由热处理后套圈牙口存在淬火两面涨缩量不一致、防尘盖本身缺陷及人为因素和压力机精度等情况造成的。针对以上问题对压力机压头增加了聚胺脂，以适应不同尺寸防尘盖的压力加工，使压盖质量得到提高。 |

| Abstract: | The quality problems existing in the period of pressing in curling dust ring for closed deep groove ball bearing were caused by the different amount of expansion and contraction in ring notch after heat treatment and quenching,together with the defect of dust ring itself,man-made factors,press accuracy,etc..In order to solve the problems mentioned above,polyurethane was added to the pressure head of press to meet the press-in processing of dust ring in different dimensions.The quality in pressing in dust ri... |
