长期边际成本电力定价方法初探

本文以四川电网作为研究对象，对边际成本定价理论和方法进行了探索性研究。研究表明，该定价方法理论先进、科学，它将根据不同用电时间、不同负荷率、不同电压等级的用户，确定合理的丰枯、峰谷分时电价结构和容量、电量两部制电价结构，不仅正确地反映电能价值，使用户合理地负担电力成本，而且还可以指导用户合理地使用电力，充分发挥电力设备能力，从而提高电力企业的经济效益，具有推广应用价值。
