大功率动磁式音圈电机优化及试验研究

摘    要:针对音圈电机的大功率应用场合,设计了一种动磁式音圈电机。电机最大推力可达到2000 N。利用Matlab优化程序包,采用非线性约束最小化优化方法,以力密度为目标函数,对电机进行了参数优化,并对优化结果进行了分析和ANSYS仿真验证。仿真结果表明优化方法可行。设计试验平台,对样机进行了静力学试验研究。试验结果表明,电机推力满足应用要求,可作为一种大推力电机投入工业应用。

Optimization and experimental research for a high-power moving magnet voice coil motor

Abstract:A moving magnet voice coil motor for high power applications is designed. The motor' s maximum force can reach 2000N. With the force density as the objective function, the parameter optimization of the existing prototype is implemented with the minimizing nonlinear constrained optimization method by using Matlab optimization package. The optimization results are analyzed and ANSYS simulation results show that the optimization method is feasible. With a testing platform, the motor' s static force characteristic is researched. The test results show that the force of the motor met the application requirements and can be used as a high-thrust motor in industrial applications.
