基于差分激光三角法的薄零件厚度测量研究

摘    要:为了精确自动测量薄零件的厚度,设计了一种基于差分激光三角法的厚度测量系统。利用双路激光对称布置,由两个CCD接收上下光路的反射/散射光斑,实现薄零件的厚度自动测量。采用平行直线双线性查表法标定测量系统,进行了标定实验和厚度测量实验。多次实验表明,系统的标准差均小于0.009。

Abstract:In order to measure the thickness of thin parts accurately and automatically, a thickness measurement system is designed based on the differential laser triangulation, using dual laser symmetrical arrangement and two CCD receiving scattering light reflection of the road/flare up and down to realize automatic measurement of thin parts thickness. Parallel straight line double linear look-up table method is used to calibrate measuring system. The calibration experiment and thickness measurement experiments show that the standard deviation of system is less than 0. 009.
