SPWM电源供电下低速大扭矩永磁同步电动机设计研究

摘    要:从低速大扭矩驱动系统最佳组合的角度出发 ,对SPWM电源供电下永磁同步电动机(PMSM )的设计问题进行了研究。提出了消除PMSM低频转矩脉动的关键是使其内电势波形正弦化。通过对影响内电势波形主要因素的分析和优化 ,给出了具体的设计方法。介绍了对试验样机所进行的实验和分析结果。

Abstract:From the direction of the optimized combination of low speed and high torque drive system,the paper studies the design problems of PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor) with SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) power supply,and indicates that the key points of minimizing PMSM torque ripples at low frequency make the inner potential waveform sinusoidal.Through analysis and optimization of main factors about influencing on PMSM inner potential sine waveform.A real PMSM is designed and the experiment results are given in the paper.
