| 摘 要： | 在宽厚板剪切工艺中,对钢板长度的准确测量有助于进行准确的长度控制,以提高成材率、降低成本、提高产品竞争力。在莱钢宽厚板生产线上,主要采用激光测速仪来完成钢板长度的测量。本文介绍了激光测速仪的工作原理及控制功能。该设备测量精度高,具有自校准功能,自该设备使用以来取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In shearing process of heavy plates, accurate measurement of plate length helps to control length accurately, so as to improve yield, reduce cost, improve product competitive power. ACCSPEED ASD2100A is used to measure plate length on heavy plate production lines of Laigang. The working principle and control functions of ACCSPEED are introduced in this paper. ACCSPEED has high measuring precision and self calibration function. It has achieved good results since it was brought into use. |
