模糊综合评判在物流系统评价中的应用

摘    要:从供应链管理的角度出发,结合某大型制造企业物流管理现状,制定了适合其物流系统的评价指标体系,应用权值因子判断表法统计计算了各指标的权重,并应用模糊综合评判法对该企业现有物流系统进行了整体评价。定义了参照标杆,引入标杆瞄准的方法对物流系统整体评价结果进行了分析,找出了该企业物流管理中的瓶颈,为其进行物流系统优化提供了科学依据。

Abstract:With the present logistic management situation of some large-scale manufacturing enterprise, a practical evaluation index system for its logistic system was established from the supply chain point of view, and the weights of every index were counted and calculated by using weight factor judgement table method. With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, existing logistic system was evaluated as a whole. Finally, the evaluation results were analyzed by defining a benchmark and applying Benchmarking method, so that bottlenecks of the logistics management can be founded, which provides scientific evidences for the optimization of the enterprise's logistics system.
