C.I.酸性蓝350染料合成工艺研究

摘    要:以2,4-二氨基甲苯和1-氨基-2-磺酸基-4-溴-9,10-蒽醌为原料,经酰化、缩合、水解、磺酰化后盐析得C.I酸性蓝350染料。重点研究了关键步骤水解反应过程。通过实验得到了较佳的反应条件:酸性条件下,缩合物与乙醇投料比1:200,时间19~21h,水解反应收率达93%。

Abstract:Using 2,4 - Diaminotoluene and 2 - Amino - 4 - sulfo - 4 - Bromo - 9,10 - anthraquinone as raw materials, C. I. acid blue 350 was synthesized by acylation, condensation, hydrolysis, sulfonylation. The key step of hydrolysis reaction was studied. The optimum reaction conditions of hydrolysis were obtained by experiments: Acidic conditions, alcohol consumption 1200 mL, time 19 to 21 hours, the yield of hydrolysis was 93 %.
