充氮包装技术防护寿命研究

摘    要:为了研究充氮包装技术的防护寿命,通过菲克定律理论上计算出充氮包装防护寿命约为13年;通过高低温湿热加速试验,测试了氮气防护的平均腐蚀速率,并与美国腐蚀工程师协会制定的标准(NACERP-0775—91)进行比较,结果表明:氮气防护的平均腐蚀速率低于美国腐蚀工程师协会制定的标准(NACERP-0775—91)中的轻度腐蚀一个数量级,可以认为充氮包装防护寿命超过10年。

Abstract:With the purpose to estimate the protection property of nitrogen--filled packaging technology, we can estimate the life--span is 13 years by Fiek' s law. The corrosion rate of equipments and oxygen concentration in the pack bag were tested that protected respectively by nitrogen and air in high--low temperature and moist environments. The results showed that the mean corrosion rate is a order lower than the standard of mildly corrosion (NACE RP--0775--91) established by Association of American Corrosion Engineer. It can be concluded that the nitrogen--filled packaging technology can provide good protection effect for more than 10 years.
