| 摘 要： | 介绍将PLC控制的变频调速用于轧钢机的张力控制,并且阐述了SIMOVERT MASTER DRIVE交流矢量控制中卷取机张力恒定控制的原理和系统的构成,SIMOVERT MASTER DRIVE高精度、高质量的转矩动态控制效果满足板、带材的生产工艺要求。

| Abstract: | In this chapter,a new device is introduced,in which converter is used as driver to adjust velocity of motor,PLC is used as controller.The principle for the constant tension control in the SIMOVERT MASTER DRIVE AC vector control and the control configuration of this system are discussed.The high quality and accuracy dynamic torque is satisfied for need of strip. |
