GX型模铸保护渣的研制与应用

GX型模铸保护渣除具有还原保护、吸附夹杂物和保温基本功能外,能较好地解决模壁粘渣。指出保持液渣中玻璃相的绝对量,造成玻璃相和条状硅灰石析晶之间因物质差异而产生的应力,使粘渣易于脱落;控制使用后液渣中Al_2O_3含量在15％左右,可保持保护渣使用性能的稳定性。生产实践获得明显的经济效益。

RESEARCH ON AND APPLICATION OF GX SERIES INGOT CASTING POWDER

In addition to its basic functions of reducing protection, impurity aborption and temperature holding the GX series ingot casting powder can tackle the problem of slag sticking on the mould wall.
