| 摘 要： | CIP-1裂解催化剂是一种多组元分子筛催化剂, 适用于催化裂解Ⅱ型工艺（DCC-Ⅱ）。该催化剂具有在生产高辛烷值汽油的同时多产丙烯及低碳异构烯烃的特点工业应用表明, 在反应温度505℃ 下汽油、丙烯、异丁烯和异戊烯的产率分别为40.98、12.52、4.57和5.78wt%, 在反应温度530℃下分别为38.45、14.43、4.75和5.93wt%.

| Abstract: | CIP-1 catalyst, a multiple zeolites containing catalyst,is appliced to type Ⅱ(DCC-Ⅱ)deep catalytic cracking process.The catalyst is characterized by producing light isoolefins as well as high octane gasoline.The industrial application of CIP-1 catalyst showed that at reaction temperture of 505℃，gasoline,propylene,isobutylene and isoamylene are 40.98,12.52,4.57 and 5.78wt%,respectively;at reaction temperature of 530℃,gasoline,propylene,isobutylene and isoamylene are 38.45,14.43,4.75 and 5.93wt%,respectively. |
