添加ZnO对高强瓷性能影响的研究

高强瓷配方中铝矾土用量较大,要兼顾工艺性能,采用继续增加矾土含量来提高瓷质强度是有困难的。采取在原高强瓷配方中添加少量的ZnO,并研究随着ZnO添加量的增加,高强瓷配方坯料和瓷质各项性能的变化情况。试验得出,在高强瓷配方中添加2%的ZnO,可以使瓷质的显微结构得到明显改善,瓷质机械强度有较大幅度的提高,最大可提高15%左右,并仍保持着良好的制造工艺、电、热等各项性能,指出利用原有工艺条件生产更高等级电瓷产品的有效途径。

Effect of ZnO Additive on Performance of High Tension Porcelain

High portion of bauxite has been introduced in high tension porcelain composition.It is difficult to future increase the bauxite ingredient for enhancing the porcelain body strength keeping meanwhile the processing performance.An experiment of introducing a few amount of ZnO in original porcelain composition was made.To study the variation of all parameters of porcelain body and green body along with increase of ZnO additive amount.The experiment showed the 2% of ZnO additive to improve the micro-texture of porcelain apparently,enhance the mechanical strength of body up to 15%,keeping meanwhile other technology,electrical and thermal behaviours.A new effective way of producing insulators of higher classes with original processing conditions is pointed out.
