硅溶胶涂料及其表面涂层的质量控制

摘    要:着重叙述了耐火材料粉砂粒度分布对涂料及表面涂层性能的影响,耐火材料与硅溶粘结剂的相容性以及制壳工艺对表面涂层和金属渗透的影响等方面的研究,这些研究对于恰当地控制硅溶胶涂料及其表面涂层性能,提高精铸表面质量具有参考价值。

Abstract:The influence of fire-resisting material grain distribution on the performance of surface coating, the consistency between fire-resisting material and silicasol as well as the influences of forming process on the surface coating and metal penetration were studied. Such studies have an important reference and application value in properly controlling the silicasol paints and the performance of its surface coating and improving the surface quality of finished-casting.
