摘    要:本文以长沙某高层框架结构办公楼屋顶增设铁塔前后结构地震反应分析为研究对象,采用非线性时程分析法分析了办公楼在加设铁塔前后抗震性能的变化,针对目前在已建房屋顶加铁塔时设计中存在的问题,提出了较为合理的解决方法,结论对屋顶增设铁塔的设计有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The paper takes as a case study a tall frame office building in Changsha after the addition of a steel tower to its roof,analyses the properties of the resistant to earthquake of the tall building before and after the addition of a steel tower by way of non linear time hysteresis analysis,puts forward some practical solutions to the problems in current designs after the addition of steel towers to the roofs of buildings.The results by the paper are of value in such designs.
