EAP-衔接公共英语教学和双语教学的桥梁

摘    要:在我国双语教学的实践中,学生的英语水平无法达到接受双语教学所要求的程度是一个公认的难题,本文通过对双语教学的本质分析,发现从语言教学的角度,双语教学是最高级别的EAP教学,要求学生有较高的EGP水平和一定的EAP基础,我国大多数学生在这两方面都无法达到要求。而EAP教学不仅能提高学生的EAP水平,也能促使其EGP的进步,能较好地将公共英语教学和双语教学衔接起来。

Abstract:In bilingual teaching practice of our country,student's English proficiency is unable to receive the bilingual education,which is an accepted difficult problem.Through the analysis on bilingual education essence,this article discovered that the bilingual education is the highest-level EAP teaching from language teaching angle.It requests students to have higher EGP level and the certain EAP foundation.Majority students of our country cannot meet the requirements in the two aspects.But the EAP teaching not only can raise students' EAP level,also can urge their EGP progress,and link up well the English teaching for non-English major graduate students and bilingual education.
