| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the influence of the elasticity of the piston ring on the seal,vibration and wear of the piston ring and comes to the conclusion that the elasticity is the major influence factor. A new applicable process to ensure the service performance of the piston ring by properly increasing the elasticity of the piston ring is presented. |
