新形势下高校共青团加强校园网络文化建设探析

网络文化作为一种新型的文化形态，全方位地走进高校学生的世界，正日益改变着学生的思维方式、行为模式和价值观念，对他们的工作、学习和生活产生日益重要的影响。以高校共青团组织为切入点，在“科学发展观”指引下，从校园网络文化建设角度，探讨校园网络文化的含义，分析高校共青团在校园网络文化建设中的作用，提出切实可行的新形势下高校加强校园网络文化建设的对策。

Communist Youth League to Strengthen the Construction of Campus Network Culture in the University under the New Circumstances

Intemet culture as a new type of cultural students, is increasingly changing the young students＇ way of patterns, generally going into the world of college thinking, behavior and values, and has important impact on their study, life and work . In this paper, the authors think the Communist Youth League organizations as the breakthrough point, under the guidance of the concept of scientific development, from the perspective of the construction of the campus network culture, they explore the meaning of campus network culture, and analyze the function of the Communist Youth League in the construction of campus network culture, and put forward practical solutions to strengthen the construction of campus culture network for the Communist Youth League in the new situation.
