自蔓延法生产二硼化钛的酸洗过程研究

摘    要:
论述了二硼化钛酸洗过程中的化学反应,针对自蔓延法生产的二硼化钛在酸中的腐蚀行为,得到了一个较为合理的酸洗方案。粒度很细的二硼化钛粉末在盐酸中的腐蚀机理主要是当将纯二硼化钛与酸反应时,生成了二价钛离子,二价钛被水氧化,生成氢气和三价钛,在适当条件下,可以生成四价钛,并水解生成了二氧化钛水合物,从而使二硼化钛的纯度降低。

Abstract:
In this paper, the chemical reaction in acid process of titanium diboride was introduced. The powder of titanium diboride from SHS method can be roted by HCl solution. When puting titanium diborde into HCl solution, it will react with acid accomplished Ti 2 , then Ti 2 oxided by H_2O, the hydrogen and Ti 3 was produced. In some cases, it can convert to Ti 4 , and hydrolyze to hydrate titanium dioxide, which made the purity of titanium diboride reduce.
