抗氧剂2246的合成研究

摘    要:以2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚和甲缩醛为原料合成抗氧化剂22462,2′-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基酚)],使用了多种固体酸催化剂(NKC-9、001×7、SO42-/TiO2和DNW-1)。主要研究了催化活性相对高的NKC-9和DNW-1。对催化剂的用量、反应时间、反应温度及原料配比等影响反应的因素进行了探讨,确定适宜的工艺条件,以求得到最佳的产品收率和纯度。

Abstract:The preparation of antioxidant 2246 2,2'-methylenebis- (4- methyl-6-tertiary butyl phenol) ] with 2- tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol and methylal was investigated. Several kinds of solid acid catalysts including NKC-9, 001 × 7, SO4^2-/TiO2, DNW-1, were chosen for the synthetic process. NKC-9 and DNW-1 which have high catalytic efficiency were mainly studied. The effects of catalyst amount, reaction time, temperature, the ratio of material on the yield and purity of the product were discussed, and the suitable process was determined to obtain product with high yield and purity.
