三碘树脂用于饮用水消毒的试验研究

为给研制新型便携式净水装置提供必要的技术依据，通过试验考察了三碘树脂对饮用水的消毒效果。选用颗粒状三碘树脂填充在无菌玻璃管中制成消毒柱，对添加了人工培养的纯大肠杆菌菌种的Ⅲ类地表水进行过滤消毒，以出水的细菌总数、大肠菌群数、浊度、pH值及余碘浓度等指标来衡量三碘树脂的消毒效果。结果表明：在出水流量为110mL／min的条件下，当接触时间为12．05s时，消毒后出水的细菌学指标可达到军队战时饮用水卫生标准，出水余碘浓度始终低于0.7mg／L，对人体无害。三碘树脂具有良好的消毒效果，杀菌快速、持久，可作为便携式净水装置的消毒剂使用。

Experimental Study on Disinfection of Drinking Water by Triiodine Resin

In order to provide necessary technique basis for the development of a new portable water purifying device, the effect of purification and disinfection of drinking water by triiodine resin was studied. A triiodine resin disinfection pillar was made by filling the granular triiodine resin into a sterile glass tube, and the disinfection pillar was used to filter and disinfect the third rank surface water which has appended with pure E. coli quantificationally, and the effect of purification and disinfection of triiodine resin was evaluated by determination of water quality parameters in the outflow, such as the bacteriological indexes, turbidity, pH, the concentration of residual iodine, etc. The results show that under the condition of that the outflow equals to 110 mL/min, the water which has been disinfected by the triiodine resin is secure for drinking when the disinfected time is equal to or exceed 12.05 s, and the bacteriological indexes and turbidity of which are in accord with the sanitary standard of drinking water for armed forced in wartime, and the concentration of residual iodine is less than 0.7 mg/L, which is harmless to human body. The triiodine resin has a favorable and sustaining effect of disinfection, and can be used as the disinfectant of the portable water Durifving device.
