摘    要:钢-铝组合立柱是玻璃幕墙工程中经常应用的一种结构形式,现有规范JGJ102—2003中对这种组合型材没有提出相关规定和计算方法。本文以某工程玻璃幕墙抗风压性能试验为例,测得了钢-铝组合立柱的压力差-挠度曲线,将试验结果与理论计算结果进行比较,并对钢-铝组合立柱的挠度计算和钢-铝弹性模量取值进行了探讨,为今后规范的进一步完善、修订及钢-铝组合立柱在玻璃幕墙工程中的应用提供了试验依据。

Abstract:The steel-aluminum composite column is often applied in the glass curtain wall, there are no corresponding provisions and calculation methods in the JGJ 102--2003 code. Taking the wind load resistance performance test of some glass curtain wall as an example, an experimental investigation is made on pressure-deflection of the steel-aluminum composite column, the test results are compared with the theoretic calculation result, the deflection calculation of steel-aluminum composite column and steel & aluminum's elastic modulus are discussed. By the more discussion, the paper is done some exploratory work for the further refined and revised code, and there are some test bases for the steel-aluminum composite column's applications in the glass curtain wall engineerings.
