摘    要:蓖麻酸(酯)是蓖麻油的最主要成分,其结构决定了它很容易转变成共轭亚油酸(CLA).综述了由蓖麻酸(酯)合成CLA的研究进展,并对CLA的合成发展进行了展望,以期为CLA的高效合成提供参考.

Abstract:Ricinic acid (ester) is the main component in castor oil, and it can be transformed easily to conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) by chemical synthesis or biosynthesis.The research advance in synthesis of CLA was reviewed,the development of CLA synthesis was also prospected,which could provide reference for the efficient synthesis of CLA.
