声表面波器件的钝化及功率持久性

摘    要:声表面波(SAW)器件作为级间滤波器及天线双工器而广泛地用于便携电话和蜂窝电话的中频(IF)和射频(RF)电路,因此,解决功率持久性和长期稳定性问题十分重要。本文介绍通过不同电极材料及钝化层改进SAW器件功率持久性及稳定性的一些方法。试验结果表明,SiO2钝化层在改进器件功率持久性上比其他种类的钝化层都有效。

Abstract:SAW devices are widely used in IF or RF circuits of portable and cellular phones as inter-stage filters or antenna duplexers. Therefore, power durability and long-term stability are very important. Some methods are presented for improving power durability and stability by employing various electrode materials and passivation layers. The tests resuls show that passivation layer of SiO2 is more efficient for better power durability.
