1000kV交流变电站支柱和空心绝缘子污秽外绝缘设计的探讨

摘    要:阐述了污秽外绝缘设计的基本方法及存在的一些问题,并在此基础上推荐出了变电站绝缘子污秽外绝缘的设计方法。对于1000kV变电站支柱和空心绝缘子进行污秽外绝缘设计,考虑到现场污秽中所含CaSO4对污耐受电压影响较大,进行了等值附盐密度校正,最后给出了1000kV变电站支柱和空心绝缘子的污秽外绝缘配置,建议Ⅲ级污秽等级1000kV瓷空心绝缘子的结构高度为11.0m~12.8m、支柱绝缘子的结构高度为9.3m~10.5m、复合空心绝缘子的结构高度为8.8m~10.2m。

Abstract:The basic approach to design of polluted external insulation and some problems were summarized,and the design method for substation polluted insulation was proposed.The ESDD correction was made taking consideration of CaSO4 content in site pollutant which considerably effects on pollution withstand voltage and disposition of polluted external insulation for 1 000 kV substation post and hollow insulators was given,e.g.spacing of 11.0 m~12.8 m for porcelain hollowing insulator for pollution class Ⅲ,9.3 m~10.5 m for post insulator and 8.8 m~10.2 m for composite hollow insulator.
