羟基新戊酸的电化学合成

摘    要:在质子交换膜电解槽中,以PbO2 为阳极,以羟基新戊醛为原料,利用直接电氧化方法合成羟基新戊酸。通过四因素三水平正交实验,得到最佳合成条件:pH=1,阳极电位1 65V,反应物浓度0 22mol/L,反应温度15℃。在此条件下,该反应的选择性达到91 6%,电流效率达到56 9%。研究发现,在4个影响因素中,pH对选择性和电流效率的影响最大。通过耗竭性电解实验,得到消耗电量与转化率的关系,可以由消耗电量近似地估算反应物的转化率。

Abstract:In an electrolytic cell with a proton exchange membrane,hydroxypivalic acid was synthesized at a PbO_2 anode by direct electrooxidation of hydroxypivalaldehyde.The optimum experimental conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments of four factors at three levels.The optimum conditions were anode potential 1.65 V,pH=1,reaction temperature 15 ℃ and hydroxypivalaldehyde concentration 0.22 mol/L.It was found from experiments that the effect of pH on the current efficiency and selectivity is most obvious among four factors.Under the optimum conditions,the selectivity of 91.6% and the current efficiency of 56.9% were reached.The relation between consumed electric quantity and conversion was obtained by exhaustive electrolysis.This result can be used to evaluate the conversion of reactant from consumed electric quantity.
