| 摘 要： | 论文采用了一种新型的电压空间矢量脉宽调制算法对三电平逆变器的电压空间矢量平面进行简化,将三电平逆变器电压空间矢量平面简化至两电平空间矢量平面,并方便地实现了对中点电位平衡的控制。此外,论文还采用了死区控制和最小脉宽限制对实际器件进行仿真。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper a novel simplified space-vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method is proposed to simplify the space-vector diagram of a three-level inverter into that of a two-level inverter.The neutral-point potential balance can be easily realized with this method.Besides,The dead-time and the disposals of sub-pulse is simulated in this paper. |
