循环流化床富氧气化运行特性研究

摘    要:在江西某循环流化床富氧气化装置上,考察了不同煤种、原煤粒径分布、料层差压、反应温度、氧气流量对气化装置运行特性的影响,研究了各工况对煤气热值、炉渣含碳量和碳转化率的影响并进行了综合优化调整。结果表明:在相同气化条件下,陕北神木原煤运行的各项参数指标均高于内蒙东胜原煤。原煤粒径分布、料层差压、反应温度和氧气流量对降低炉渣含碳量,提高碳转化率、煤气有效组分和热值有一定作用,为大型循环流化床富氧气化装置运行和优化提供了方法。

Abstract:In a circulating fluidized bed oxygen enriched gasification unit in Jiangxi Province,the effects of different coal types,raw coal particle size distribution,bed differential pressure,reaction temperature and oxygen flow rate on the operation characteristics of the gasification unit were investigated.The effects of various working conditions on the calorific value of gas,carbon content of slag and carbon conversion rate were studied and comprehensively optimized.The results show that:under the same gasification conditions,Shenmu coal in Northern Shaanxi has higher operating parameters than Dongsheng coal.The particle size distribution of raw coal,bed differential pressure,reaction temperature and oxygen flow rate have certain effects on reducing carbon content of slag,increasing carbon conversion rate,effective component and calorific value of gas.It provides a method for operation and optimization of large-scale circulating fluidized bed oxygen enriched gasification unit.
