约束磨料流体抛光材料去除模型研究

摘    要:为了研究约束磨料流体抛光的材料去除模型,使用Matlab软件对加工区流场进行压力和速度仿真。压力场仿真结果表明,最大压力峰值出现在限控轮与工件的最小间隙区域,并且该区域的压力梯度变化很大;速度场仿真表明,流体速度在x轴方向上占主导地位,在y轴方向上出现了侧泄,在z轴方向上速度很小。建立了冲击侵蚀去除模型,结合Finnie塑性剪切磨损去除模型建立了约束磨料流体抛光材料去除模型,模型表明,冲击角度为45°时材料去除量最高。对K9玻璃进行的约束磨料流体抛光实验表明,建立的材料去除模型与实验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:In order to study the material removal model of constraint abrasive fluid polishing,the flow field of processing region is simulated with MATLAB,obtaining pressure and velocity of flow field. The result of simulation in pressure field shows that maximum pressure appears in the region of the minimum gap,and pressure gradient changes obviously. The simulation of velocity field suggests that the velocity in the x direction is in dominant,the side-leakage in the y direction exists and the velocityin the z direction is small. The removal model of constraint abrasive fluid polishing is established with impact erosion model and Finnie plastic shear model. The model suggests that material removal is high at impact angle of 45°.Constraint abrasive fluid polishing experiment is conducted to polish the K9 glass samples. The result shows that theoretic material removal model is consistent with the experiment.
