摘    要:装配线是一种高效的生产组织形式,其产能与平衡率以及作业方法等密切相关。以R公司穴播器装配线为例,运用鱼骨图找出其总装生产率较低的主要原因。采用基础工业工程中的动素分析、人机作业分析等工作研究方法,结合FIE动作分析与价值研究软件改善装配作业流程并制定标准工时。基于0-1规划数学模型,分别采用第I类和第II类装配线平衡方法并结合LINGO软件求解最优作业元素分配方案,提高了装配线平衡率。对装配线进行了合理的布局规划,解决了R公司穴播器装配效率低下的问题,研究可为相关企业类似装配线的优化与改善提供参考。

Abstract:Assembly line is an efficient form of production organization, and its capacity is closely related to balancing rate and operation method. Taking the dibbler assembly line of R company for example, and using fishbone diagram to find out the main reason of its low productivity. Byusing the therblig analysis, man-machine operation analysis and other work study methods in fundamental industrial engineering , combined with the action analysis and value research software called FIE to improve the assembly process and stipulate the standard work hours. Based on the mathematical model of 0-1 programming, through LINGO software the method of class I and class II assembly line balancing were used respectivelyto solve the optimal job elements distribution scheme, which improved the assembly line balance rate. The reasonable layout planning to the assembly line was carried out and the low efficiency problem of the dibbler assembly of R enterprise was solved. It also shows that the research can provide reference for the optimization and improvement of similar assembly lines.
