| 摘 要： | 用电镜方法观察了一例已经甲醛固定的肾肿瘤标本，以明确诊断。发现光镜下所见的肿瘤组织内横纹肌肉瘤样细胞，电镜下可见其胞浆内有较多的张力原纤维，未见肌丝，癌细胞间可见成串的桥粒。电镜诊断为（肾脏）鳞状细胞癌。

| Abstract: | A fixed renal carcinoma specimen with formaldehyde was observed with electron microscope for the purpose of making the exact diagnosis. We found that there were many tonofilaments in the rhbdomyosarcoma like cells observed with light microscope and there were not any myofilaments. A string of desmosomes can be seen between the cells. The diagnosis is renal squamous cell carcinoma. |
