摘    要:高压力、大功率和高转速是导弹舵机泵源的突出特点,这一特点带来的突出问题就是高无效功率带来了系统高温,使舵机系统的工作时间和性能受到了很大的限制。为了有效的降低舵机系统的无效功率。本文提出了为弹载液压舵机配备变转速泵源,并对变转速泵源进行了总体方案的设计,主要包括:泵源的总体结构、泵源转速指令的获得方法、泵源电机转速控制策略。最后以matlab为工具进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明采用变转速泵源降低弹载液压舵机无效功率的方法是可行的。

Abstract:In order to reduce the non-effective power of the hydraulic actuator in missile, a new scheme was proposed in which a variable-speed pumping source was used in the missile hydraulic actuator. Simulations in the output pressure of pumping source, time-domain and frequency-domain of hydraulic actuator and non-effective power of the hydraulic actuator were performed.
