宏程序编程在异形螺纹加工中的应用

摘    要:随着零件的形状越来越复杂,宏程序编程的应用范围也在不断扩大,如异形螺纹在数控车床上单独应用螺纹车削指令进行加工就比较困难,但用宏程序来编程加工就比较容易实现。对建立异形螺纹的数学模型进行了研究,通过宏程序解决了异形螺纹的编程与加工。

Abstract:With the shapes of parts are becoming more and more complicated, and the macro-program programming has been applied increasingly widely. In the processing, it is really difficult to process the non-standard thread on the nu- merical control lathe when applying the thread turning command, but it' s relatively quite easy to do it when applying the macro-program programming. This paper manages to establish the mathematics models of non-standard thread, and deal with its programming and processing with macro-program.
