阐述了低碳经济的背景和纺织行业低碳的现状,提出了纺织行业实施低碳经济的路径,指出需要政府、行业、企业、消费者共同努力,提高认识,健全法规,推进纺织低碳的内涵发展;产业转移与结构调整并举,拓展发展空间;节能减排,提高效率,大力发展可再生能源;积极开发天然纤维和再生环保纤维,生产低碳纺织品;自主创新,提升科技含量,转变发展方式;加大宣传,更新理念,倡导绿色消费。

On Ways of Low-Carbon Economy in Textile Industry

Having described the background of low-carbon economy and the present low carbon conditions in the textile industry,the paper proposed the ways to realize low-carbon economy in the industry.They are as follows：joint efforts should be made on the part of government,industry,enterprises and consumers to improve the understanding,perfect regulations and promote the connotation extension of low-carbon economy in textile industry;industry transference and structure adjustment should be conducted simultaneously to expand the development space;energy should be saved and emission should be reduced to improve efficiency and the renewable energy should be developed;natural fibers and recycling environment-friendly fibers should be developed to produce low-carbon textiles;to innovate independently so as to increase the scientific and technological content and convert developing mode;to enlarge propagation,update ideas and advocate green consumption.
