铬钴钛体系绿色电光水的制备

摘    要:采用传统电光水制备方法制备绿色电光水,即先将各种金属盐溶于松脂钠中制成树脂盐,然后再用松节油制得各种树脂盐松节油溶液,根据配比将不同的树脂盐松节油溶液混合,然后刷涂在有白色釉的瓷盘上,再经彩烤制备出绿色电光水。结果表明:当树脂钴松节油溶液为15.40,树脂铬松节油溶液为37.30,树脂钛松节油溶液为24.90%,树脂铋松节油溶液为12.80,金水0.14,成膜剂含量为9.46%进行配制,得到的绿色电光水发色最好,并且和瓷盘的粘附力好。

Abstract:Green liquid luster was prepared by using traditional method in this paper. Results show that when cobalt tallate turpentine solution, chromium tallate turpentine solution, titanium tallate turpentine solution, bismuth tallate turpentine solution, goldwater content, iflm-forming agent were 15.40, 37.30, 24.90, 12.80, 0.14 and 9.46, repectively, the color of the obtained green liquid luster was best and the adhesion of the liquid luster to the plate was good.
