溴化锂制冷机冷却水处理与经济效益分析

摘    要:溴化锂制冷机在烟厂中央空调系统中有着广泛的应用。国标(GB/T18431—2001)对机组冷却水及补水水质提出了一定的要求。该文就补水(自来水)水质不能满足国标要求及冷却水系统保有水量偏小的情况,讨论了水处理的必要性及相应的实施方法。实践表明,水处理工作是成功的,并取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Lithium bromide chillers are used largely in the central air conditioning system of cigarette plants. The national standard (GB/T18431-21) gies certain requirements for the qualities of cooling water and feed-water.Because the feed-water can not meet the requirement of the national standard and the capacity olume of cooling water system of this cigarette plane is too small, the necessity and methods of water treatment were discussed in this paper. The results showed that the water treatment is successful to improe the concentration rate and decrease the rate of corrosion and scaling with a good economic benefit.
