摘    要:随着 Internet的发展 ,网络规模不断扩大 ,业务类型逐渐增加 ,网络的异构性越来越强 ,增值服务不断出现 ,网络性能实时监测的重要性也在不断加强。流量工程和流量工程系统与网络性能实时监测有着密切的联系 ,流量工程可以定义为允许服务提供商按照不同服务质量等级 ,最大限度利用网络资源提供网络服务的一系列技术的集合。主要探讨了利用 IP网络流量工程和流量工程系统进行网络性能实时监测的主要概念 ,给出了基于流量工程的网络性能实时监测系统的框架体系结构 ,阐述了网络性能实时监测系统的模块组成 ,并对网络性能实时监测的发展进行了描述

Abstract:With the development of the Internet, network scale continuously expands, service types gradually increases, value-added service appear and the importance of the real-time monitor of network performance is enhanced. Traffic engineering and traffic engineering systems are greatly related to the real-time monitor of network performance. Traffic engineering can be defined as a series of technical assemblies, which allow service suppliers to provide network service by making use of network resources according to different services. A real-time monitoring system using IP network traffic engineering and traffic engineering systems is presented and the architecture of this system is described. The modules of this system are also detailed. Finally, the development of the real-time monitor of network performance is described.
