摘    要:采用水热焙烧和向H_2SiF_6-NH_3脱铝补硅超稳Y沸石体系中添加适量Al_2(SO_4)_3的方法制备出几种铝分布均匀的超稳Y沸石分子筛。结果表明,在实验条件下FSAY与USFY性能较佳,水热焙烧使沸石外层铝向USY表面迁移,H_2SiF_6-NH_3使外层骨架铝首先脱除。

Abstract:A few species of ultrastable Y zeolite with homogeneous aluminium distribution were prepared by means of combining hydrothermal roast and adding some A12(SO4)3 into the H2SiF6-NH3 dealumium ized and silicon enriched ultrastable Y zeolite slurry. It was found that under the experiment conditions FSAY and USFY are better,the Al enriched in the surface of USY is mainly due to the migration of Al in subsurface of of zeolite,and the H2SiF6-NH removes the extraframework Al firstly.
