| 摘 要： | 从工程建设监理制的实际出发，分析了工程建设监理制中存在的问题，并给出了解决问题的想法和建议。此外，还从信息经济学的角度，提出了业主、监理单位之间的委托-代理关系，提出了监理在消除业主、承包商之间信息不对称时的作用。

| Abstract: | Proceeding from the practice of construction supervision, the problems in the present construction supervision system are analyzed and considerations and suggestions are presented for tackling these problems. In addition, from the point of information economics, the relationship of trust-commission between owner and construction supervisor is put forward, indicating the balancing role played by supervisor when information asymmetry between owner and contractor occurs. |
