摘    要:基于Spardan3系列FPGA芯片X-C3S5E和DM12864M显示器,设计了一种伺服控制实时显示系统。该系统通过异步串行接口RS232接收电机编码器返回的数值,在显示器上实时显示控制信息。主要包括硬件设计和软件设计;给出了FPGA与液晶显示器LCD12864的硬件接口,着重介绍了软件设计,将串口通信、数据整合、除法器、数据选择和显示器都进行了模块化,方便了调试;在模块中同时采用了状态机,使时序更加清晰。实验结果表明:该系统占用资源少,显示效率高,稳定性好,通用性好,可以满足伺服控制的实时显示的要求。

Abstract:This paper designed a kind of servo control real time display system based on Spardan3 series FPGA X-C3S5E and DM12864M displayer.This system receives data of encoder through RS232,and displays those data on the displayer real-time.This paper gives the hardware structure and software flow design,including the interface between FPGA and LCD12864;Besides,this paper introduced software design,have serial communication,data processing,division,data select and display model,which are easy to debug;also used status machine which make time sequence more clearly.The experiments indicated that the display system the hardware resource consumption of controller is low,high efficiency,good stabilization and good in generalization.It can satisfy the real-time display requirement of servo control system.
