激光测距中微弱激光辐射测量技术

摘    要:激光测距中微弱的目标回波信号探测是一难题,有效信号通常在皮焦,甚至飞焦水平。为了避免雪崩二极管的不稳定性,在研制的微弱激光辐射测量仪中采用了稳定性较好的硅光电二极管器件,并且采用了多种抗噪技术,在保证测量精度的同时,提高了测量灵敏度。实验数据表明系统微弱激光辐射测量能力达10-15J/cm2,不确定度为U=9.0%(k=2),且工作性能稳定,线性良好,满足激光测距指标。

Abstract:It is extremely difficult to detect the low-level laser signal reflected by target in the laser range finding system.The low-level laser energy meter developed with Silicon PIN utilizes multiple technologies to reduce the noises caused by ambient radiation and sensor device.The test data indicate that the measurement capability of the low-level laser energy meter is 10-15J/cm^2,U=9.0%(k=2)with good stability and linearity,which meets the laser range finding requirement.
