| 摘 要： | 为了纺制Tencel纤维纯纺纱及其混纺纱,并提高成纱质量水平,针对Tencel纤维截面呈圆形、表面光滑饱满、纺纱抱合力差等性能特征,采取适当降低各打手速度、防止速度过快以增加棉结,并更新梳棉锡林针布,采用细纱新型胶辊等技术措施,纺制的Tencel纤维纯纺纱及其混纺纱成纱质量好,取得了较好的效果.

| Abstract: | To spin Tencel fiber pure yam and Tencel blended yam and enhance yam quality, beater speed was reduced to forbid neps increase, cylinder carding cloth was innovated, new type top roller was adopted according to proper ty speciality of Tencel fiber, they are ring cross section, smooth surface, and worse cohesion. Through technology measures, Tencel pure yarn and Tencel blended yarn has better yarn quality. |
