高层住宅屋面板施工中早期裂缝分析及控制

摘    要:在工程实践中,高层住宅现浇钢筋混凝土屋面板施工过程中出现早期裂缝的情况比较普遍,尤其是商品混凝土的推广使用,使混凝土板开裂的几率增加。针对这一现象,分析了早期贯穿裂缝的原因,指出混凝土的收缩和使用环境温度的变化在屋面板中所引起的温度收缩应力是开裂的主要因素。为准确得到板内的应力值,提出并完善了混凝土板温度收缩应力的简化数值计算模型,通过对模型推导结果的分析,阐述了裂缝控制的相应措施和相关建议。最后,指出了须进一步研究的几个方面。

Abstract:In practice, early-age cracking is a common phenomenon in cast-in-place roof slabs of high-rise residential. Particularly, the popularization of commercial concrete raises the roof-cracking chances. To solve this problem, this article analyzed the through cracks most among all kinds of roof cracks in early-age construction, and pointed out the temperature shrinkage stress caused by concrete shrinkage and temperature's changes is the main cause for cracking. The simplified model of the concrete shrinkage stress was improved. Based on the computed results, which from the improved model, some related measures and suggestions for crack-control were offered. Some issues needed to further study were presented.
