| 摘 要： | 分析了电力系统信息的横向集成（集成化平台）和纵向集成（网络化平台）的特点和需求，提出在多智能体系统（MAS）模型上构建面向服务架构（SOA）结构体系解决电力信息系统集成问题；分析了电力信息系统的集成框架，提出了接口智能体（界面层）、信息集成总线和服务智能体（模型层）、决策/协调层的三层结构；分析了SOA的元模型机构，提出联邦管理智能体的概念，形成在SOA模型下的多智能体的联邦或联盟的协作关系。
