基于自动化生产线控制网络的CC-Link总线技术

摘    要:为了能够满足产业转型升级对于网络自动化生产线所提出的需求,解决传统控制网络中通信速率较低、故障率较高的问题,实现基于自动化生产线控制网络的CC-Link总线技术的分析。首先,对CC-Link的组网硬件设计进行分析,主要包括多模块,分散在机械设备及生产线中。其次,实现网络配置,并且对自动化生产线控制层网络和参数进行设计主要包括控制层网络CC-Link IE模块参数设置、网络数据循环传输、网络系统架构等。然后,对软件技术进行分析,包括人机界面和主程序的设计。最后实现技术的测试,通过测试结果表示,此控制技术具有较高的可靠性,成本较低,并且具有较强适应性。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of industrial transformation and upgrade for network automation production line,the problem of low communication rate and high failure rate in traditional control network is solved.The analysis of CC-Link bus technology based on automatic production line control network is realized.Firstly,the network hardware design of CC-Link is analyzed,including multi-module,distributed in mechanical equipment and production line.Secondly,the network configuration is realized,and the design of the control layer network and parameters of the automatic production line mainly includes the parameter setting of the control layer network CC-Link IE module,the network data circulation transmission,and the network system frame,structure etc.Finally,the software technology is analyzed,including the design of man-machine interface and main program.The test results show that the control technology has high reliability,low cost and strong adaptability.
