摘    要:
本文介绍了轮胎硫化机微机自动跟踪控制软件的设计调试,包括辅机(后充气)软件的模块化设计思路、梯形图设计及生产试车。经实际使用证明,该控制软件克服了辅机原来控制上的传统隐患,可缩短设计和调试周期、缩短用户对设备的熟悉时间和维护时间,还为今后软件的修改提供了兼容性

Abstract:
Present the design test of microprocessor auto-tracking control software for tire curing press,including the modular programming software of post inflatortrapezoidal pattern design and production test run.By the practical use proved,the control software overcomes the original hidden trouble of the control in auxiliary equipment,make a short cycle of design and commissioningmake a short time familiarize with the equipment and maintenance by user,and also provides compatibility for making correction of the software in the future.
